Wow best way to relax and de stress. It is so hard to describe but the heat from her hands takes away pains and I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Deffo worth a try.

It is aimed at adults who are spiritually aware although anyone can enjoy colouring in for their own pleasure and welbeing. There are lovely detailed designs to choose from. All the images are on a single page so they can be removed from the book once complete to be kept or framed etc. Some are basic mandala designs and others are a bit more detailed.
